Roller Garage door Installation  

  My experience with Gilbert Home Improvements was exceptional. Wayne delivered on all his promises and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend Wayne to anyone in need of a new garage door or his other services. His combination of quality work, excellent customer service, and fair pricing is hard to beat. I will definitely use Wayne's services again for any future needs, it was so refreshing to find an exceptional local tradesman who delivered an exceptional service.

I Can not recommend Gilberts Home improvements highly enough, second review for Wayne not only did he do a excellent job replacing a very tired old garage door, with a new modern electric one, but after we thought we had a issue, Wayne with no hesitation was back to have a look to see if he could find a issue, which he did and was nothing to do with the garage door, we had lost electric supply to the garage. If you need a new garage door I strongly recommend you talk to Wayne, gilberts home improvements

I am so pleased with my new garage door. Wayne was such a professional: incredibly courteous, friendly, thorough, efficient and tidy and he stuck to his original quote and was fairly priced.  New garage door fitted and old one removed

Excellent workmanship and a competitive price. This was carried out during the lock-down for Covid 19. Wayne’s supplier was closed during this period so couldn’t get the door. As soon as his supplier opened he informed me of his intended date. Wayne turned up promptly on the day and kept to the social distance guidelines. Carried out the work, I didn’t need to be present during the work but I was home briefly

Mr Gilbert did a great job. He responded quickly to my phone call (within 10 minutes), identified the problem and returned within a couple of hours to complete the job. Thoroughly recommended to anyone wanting a garage door repaired.

Mr Gilbert was here within an hour of my call regarding a snapped cable which left us unable to close the garage door. He arrived, assessed the work to be done and closed and locked the door - a great relief to us. Mr Gilbert returned the next morning as arranged, replaced the necessary parts, and serviced the door. It now works as if new and we are extremely grateful to Mr Gilbert and have no hesitation in recommending him. As a result of our satisfaction with Mr Gilbert’s rapid response to our problem, and the quality of his work, we have asked him to replace our garage side door.

This is the second time we have used Wayne, first to fit a roller garage door, this time to fit a news garage pedestrian door. Good communication throughout, turned up on time and done an excellent job. Rubbish was cleared away and area left clean and tidy. Highly recommended.
